Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qigong teaches that autumn is the most beneficial season to boost your body’s natural defenses. Think of your immune system as your internal army — this Qigong flow will train and fortify that army by strengthening the spleen and lungs, supporting the kidneys, balancing hormones, and replenishing your body’s reserves.
This practice is designed for both short- and long-term wellness. It’s especially supportive if you often feel run down, catch colds easily, experience low energy, poor digestion, constipation, allergies, or emotional heaviness.
Gentle yet invigorating, this Qigong flow combines graceful, flowing movements with music to cultivate balance and inner peace. It’s accessible to all levels — no special skills or flexibility required — simply an invitation to slow down, move with awareness, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.
In the second half of the workshop, you’ll be guided through the “Golden Shield” meditation, awakening your body’s natural protection and resilience. You’ll then surrender into a sound healing journey — a deeply restorative experience with sacred sounds that harmonize and raise your vibration.
Relax into the soothing resonance of the gong, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, flute, and other healing instruments. The gong’s vibration clears energy blockages, restoring the free flow of vital life force. As your mind softens into stillness, the singing bowls’ frequencies guide you into a meditative state (alpha and theta brain waves), fostering emotional balance and profound peace.
This gentle yet powerful afternoon offers reconnection through movement, conscious breath, stillness, rest, sound, and intention. The best way to understand it… is to experience it!

ABOUT Sophie:
My path in energy work started 17 years ago with a strong foundation in Ayurveda
(Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching and Ayurvedic Dietetics), a certification in Kundalini Yoga, and as an Acutonics (tuning forks) sound and vibrational therapist. As a certified Kundalini yoga teacher I had an injury practicing yoga and since then it became painful to practice it. I missed the mental and spiritual aspect of the yogic practice.... until I discovered Qigong! Naturally I expanded my knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy work practicing Qigong. I discovered Qigong in 2019 and “fell in love” with the practice! Since then I have been practicing and teaching it on a daily basis. I am a certified Qigong flow instructor and a professional member of the National Qigong Association.
