Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

When you arrive at Thrive, please walk up the stairs that are outside of the building. You will enter at the second floor where you'll find the outdoor patio.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines intention, gentle movement, and meditation in order to move energy in the body. A consistent qigong practice can increase physical, emotional, and spiritual well being - reducing inflammation, anxiety, stress, and more.
