Together you will be immersed into total relaxation and release unwanted energy.QiGong is an ancient Chinese method to take care of your mind and body, through gentle movement, breathing and meditation. Enabling us to develop strength, health and inner peace.
Through the beautiful crystal sound bowls you will be taken on an auditory journey inwards, as waves of pure sound wash over you. Taking you into a deeper relaxation and meditation whilst clearing your energy centres and chakras.
