Join Treya for this immersive workshop to help release, reconnect and renew; release any stagnant energy, reconnect to your vitality and renew your outlook on life. This deep journey within yourself will help soothe and harmonize your emotions, inspire creativity and imagination and help restore physical vitality.

We are all swimming in an ocean of energy, but like ‘a fish in water’ we are not aware of it. Qigong practice helps us to become aware of the vital force within and without. It is based on meditation, mindful breathing, and gentle movements to move and to connect to a boundless flow of harmonious vitality. Good energy circulation manifests as vibrant health as opposed to stagnant or deficient energy.

Main goals/benefits of Qigong are:

Nourish and tonify our life-force energy (Qi)

Sound frequencies entrain our brainwaves to a more peaceful and relaxed state of health and well-being and help create the pathway to a place of stillness. You will be taken on a unique soundscape with the use of drums, Native flutes, crystal bowls, binaural beats, ukelele, vocals and more.

About Treya of Blossoming Essence:

Treya Jaholkowska is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach. Her work blends artistry, music, and ancient practices to support the expansion of consciousness during these transformative times.

From 2006 to 2013, Treya immersed herself in deeper spiritual exploration, living in Hawaii, India and Europe. Her time in monasteries, ashrams, and intentional communities deepened her connection to yogic practices, mantra chanting, and sacred music. Her QiGong practice is a blend of her 3 year training in the USA and India, under the guidance of various teachers and styles.

As a Sound Healing Journey facilitator Treya weaves eclectic instruments and vocals to create transformative experiences. She also offers meditation, mantra chanting, Kirtan, Sacred Feminine retreats, and conscious workshops, blending ancient wisdom with creative expression.
