This event features a 35-minute qigong flow followed by a qi-focused mini meditation. It is designed to help attendees explore traditional Chinese medicine practices, specifically qigong, while learning to cultivate and work with their qi (energy).

About Jeanine
Jeanine Kutil is a certified practitioner of qigong and traditional Chinese medicine principles. With a background in health and wellness coaching and a passion for cooking, Jeanine brings a holistic approach to her practice. She has been studying qigong for several years, using it as a tool to navigate her own health challenges, and is eager to share the benefits of this ancient movement therapy with others.
Preparation
Please bring comfy clothes, a yoga mat, and water to stay hydrated throughout the
session.
