On Saturday, 8th of June immerse yourself in the practice of Qigong and unwind with a soothing Tea Ceremony afterwards.
Qigong is an ancient system combining breath and movement to promote health and harmony within the body. Practiced by millions worldwide, it offers therapeutic effects similar to those of yoga and meditation and is suitable for people of all ages and lifestyles. It is particularly beneficial for those suffering from office syndrome, such as back and neck pain, and high stress levels.
Tea Ceremony, rooted in Chinese tradition but developed and systematized by Japanese Zen Buddhists and the Samurai ruling class, is a practice where two or more people come together for a heart-to-heart encounter, benefiting from being present in the moment. There are various forms of tea ceremonies, including a silent one where participants simply enjoy a cup of tea by themselves before engaging in exchange and conversation.
The nourishing qualities of tea cultivated from wild trees on high mountains with mineral-rich soil, paired with the energizing movements of Qigong, create a duo that will leave you recharged, relaxed and joyful.

About your hosts:
Claudia is a tea ceremony assistant teacher with years of practice in the Japanese Urasenke tradition. Having also trained in China at the Wenshu Monastery Tea House in Chengdu, she shares her passion for tea and Zen arts on Instagram at @tea.room.stories.
Misael has been exploring mind-body interventions since 2004. After training in martial arts, yoga, and qigong across different continents and deepening his knowledge and understanding, he recently decided to share his insights with others. He holds a coaching certification in Health, Fitness, and Relaxation and shares his practices on Instagram at @chi.and.flow.
