Welcome to my Monday Live and Online Qigong and Meditation Class at the Yogalife Studio in Eastbourne.THIS CLASS WILL ONLY BE ONLINE FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS.
For all those of you who love Qigong and Meditation and wish to enjoy a Qigong class Live or Online at home here it is! With the wonders of modern technology this class will run for the year whole year either only online or live and online depending on the circumstances we find ourselves in. Open to all, complete beginners welcome.
When LIVE we meet in the courtyard outide the Yogalife Studio. Class must be prebooked,£8 per session, all attendance arranged in advance, maximum 8 students. Please bring own mat, blanket, cushion and drink. Text 07773061309 to book or email [email protected]
