About your facilitator:
Rhonda is a certified Qigong/Simplified Tai Chi Instructor, Drum Circle Facilitator & Reiki Master. She has been teaching, guiding, and facilitating for 12 years.
Qigong is easy to follow, can be done seated or standing. Practicing outside by the river will be magical!
A variety of hand drums will be provided. No experience necessary. We will have the drum circle inside the geodesic dome surrounded by trees beside the river.
