Qigong!2nd and 4th Fridays

Qigong is the practice of connecting to the body’s energy system. Movements are generally slow and graceful. The goal of qigong exercise is for health and happiness. The teacher is Rick Anderson. Rick has studied with Master Li’s Sheng Zhen and the Jeff Primack schools. The class is about an hour with a short break. We do free standing moves and some standing and sitting forms. The class is ok for beginners and for those who prefer chairs.
The schedule is the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Suggested donation is $8 to $10. First class is complementary. Questions: [email protected]
