QiFlow Yoga is a combination of qigong and yoga where we focus on slow movements and intentional breathing while creating a moving meditarion experience. Qigong is a Chinese mind/body exercise that focuses on moving life force energy also known as Qi through the body.

In Ali Martinez's classes students can anticipate a physical practice geared towards fostering body awareness centered on stretching strengthening and channeling energy throughout the body. Ali integrates breath work meditation tapping and qigong movements to disperse stagnant energy and enhance the flow of the lymphatic and circulatory systems. Throughout the class there's a rhythmic shift between engaging in intentional movements and embracing moments of serene stillness offering opportunities to detach from external distractions and rediscover the inherent inner peace within each individual. - 200 CYT
