Step into mindful motion with this rejuvenating walking meditation practice designed to nourish your energy and ground your spirit. Qi Walking Meditation begins with a brief guided instruction on the principles of Qi Walking—blending breath, posture, and intention with each step.
Then, we enter into 30 minutes of quiet, flowing movement around the HRart Center courtyard, allowing the natural surroundings to support energetic balance and internal stillness.
This in-person class offers a restorative way to reconnect with your body, clear mental chatter, and align with the rhythms of nature.
