The aim of Qigong is to promote the movement of Qi (energy) in the body; this is done by opening certain gates and stretching and twisting energy channels through relaxation, movement, and deep breathing.Each session of 90 minutes will be dedicated to experiencing moving meditation, breathing techniques, stretching, and twisting exercises to explore different ways to have your energy flowing to embrace radiant health. A tea ceremony at the end will seal the energy cycle and will promote harmony to create a solid community.
