10 weeks of Qigong – Build the Foundation!Welcome to join us for this 10 week course with focus on fundamental movements and concepts of Qigong
This class is a great starting point if you are new to Qigong but will also help you go deeper in your practice if you are already practicing Qigong
We will practice and learn:
Movements that builds your energy flow and keep your joints healthy
Empty stance – starting position and standing meditation
We will also integrate concepts and philosophy connected to qigong which will add a deeper perspective to your qigong experience.
