What to Expect:


🕘 Our Schedule:

9:30am – Arrive, check-in, remove shoes, enjoy cacao/tea + intro music/warm up

10:00-10:30am– Opening Circle and Qigong with Gaby

10:30 - Dance with DJ/Facilitator LEXX

10:30 am – Doors close (entry ends)

12:00–12:30 pm – Music winds down, closing relaxing chymes and sounds + closing circle

Move freely: dance, lie down, stretch, or be still — all at your own pace.

Qigong with Gaby Cox 💫


Gaby has trained extensively with the College of Contemporary Therapy in London and is both a qualified Golden Spine 9 Qigong Teacher and an NCIP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist.


She Specialises in Soul Plan energy activations and Soul Transformation Therapy and brings these beautiful modalities into her Qigong sessions to help clear, release, activate and transform energy from within.


Golden Spine 9 Qigong


A Qigong practice developed by Blue Marsden, founder of the Holistic Healing College & London School of Qigong.


It focuses on opening & strengthening the spine, allowing energy to expand & flow freely through the central column of our body.

Qigong (also known as Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese healing art like Tai Chi, involving:

-Mindful movement

-Gentle breathwork

-Meditation

All designed to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Our Guest DJ LEXX


As a DJ, LEXX whips the finest cross-genre tracks into sets that sweat and reset. Their dance floors are sxy spaces where gender gets bent and all Beings are held in love to meet their struggle and release it all. You can find LEXX on the decks in the UK and beyond, across clubs and conscious dance spaces. Expect the finest house of all flavours, afrobeat and amapiano, reggaeton and latinx tracks, drum n bass, and more.

LEXX is also a seasoned facilitator and producer, and has worked with social change-led companies such as Rising Arts Agency, Extraordinary Bodies, Studio Susegad, and more. They mix all their cross-genre skills into their coach role for PhDJ, as part of which they teach students to become embodied DJs creating nervous system-informed, transformative dance floors across the world.

🌌 Silent ending – integrate in stillness

🧺 Keep belongings safely off the dance floor

Water bottle (refillable on-site)

Comfy movement clothes (yoga/dance wear)

Blanket/shawl or yoga mat (for rest/integration)

By attending, you confirm you're physically well enough to participate. Please consult your GP if unsure.Children must have pre-booked free tickets. Adults can purchase tickets online or at the door.


👜 Please manage your belongings - we cannot be responsible for lost items.

We sometimes capture wide-angle or DJ videos/shots to share the spirit of our events. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know - we’ll respect your wishes.


What to Wear and Bring:


We dance barefoot and best to wear comfy clothing you would ordinarily wear to dance freely/attend a yoga class.

Water bottle. There is a kitchen close to the dance floor where you can refill.

Blanket/shawl - you may wish to bring something to wrap yourself up in for comfort/containment at the end.

Yoga mat - you may wish to bring a mat with you, again mainly for comfort at the end if you prefer this to sitting on our wooden floor.

In buying a ticket you are confirming you are well & physically able to attend this 2hr dance. That you will go at your own pace so as to avoid injuring yourself/others.
