Each curated 75-minute session will embody the essence of the Five Element Theory in an easy-to-learn, all-level exercise set that will help harmonize your energy and accelerate your body’s natural healing abilities to leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, stronger, and more centered.
Learn movements and breath control exercises that work to unblock and circulate the smooth flow of Qi, our vital energy, along the energetic pathways of our bodies fostering a state of balance. When the elements and associated organs and energies are balanced inside - physically, mentally, emotionally, we feel happy.
