The Shibashi are Qi Gong exercises based on the principles of Taiji.Using physical movements to help focus on the internal movement of the Qi, quietening the noise so we are truly able to listen. To connect back to ourselves.
Qi Gong has many health benefits including helping to clear the lymphatic system and calming the nervous system, to name but s couple.
It is great for mobilising the body and calming the mind by working with the meridian system.
