Qi Gong is a gentle yet powerful practice rooted in Chinese Medicine and Taoist wisdom. It uses mindful breathing and intentional movement to support balance, calm the nervous system, and enhance overall vitality.
This practice works on the physical, medicinal, and meditative levels, helping bring mind, body, and soul back into harmony. The movements are simple, accessible, and suitable for all ages and abilities.
🌿 About the Instructor
Lorraine Hughes is a practicing Therapeutic Herbalist based in Wappingers Falls with over 22 years of experience in herbal medicine and Qi Gong. She is a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild, an EWCH Certified Herbalist, a Certified Qi Gong Instructor (Holden Qigong), ARCB Certified Reflexologist, Acupoint Aromatherapist, and Master Level III Reiki Teacher.
This class is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your life force energy, and experience a deeply grounding practice. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one (not required).
