Qi Gong is a simple yet powerful way to clear out, activate, cultivate, & balance our internal energy. We do this with tapping, moving, & stretching.
This ‘Qi/Chi’ flows throughout your body through your meridians (the same pathways used in acupuncture).
Many people find Qi Gong more accessible than yoga as it can be done in standing. No more lying on a cold, hard floor in the dead of the UK winter. A yoga mat & a couple heaters can only go so far! 😄
Plus, Qi Gong movement sequences & techniques are not as long as in Tai Chi…allowing you to more fully connect to your body, energy, & breath while moving. And no more feeling lost if you happen to miss a class!
There is a brief seated meditation part at the end of class (on padded chairs), & some elements of Mindfulness, breathwork, healing, & manifesting are also integrated throughout.
