About this Event
In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the opening of our new Taiji studio in the heart of Wong Chuk Hang, we are partnering with Dorothy from Heart of Gong for a afternoon of gong bath, Taiji, Autumn tea, and mooncake.
In nature, Autumn is the time of harvest, of drawing energy inward, and of letting go. By honoring rest during this time, we align our own rhythms with the natural workd, finding balance and inner peace.
Event Rundown:
- 3:00-3:4pm Qi Activation and Taiji Movement
- 3:50-4:35pm Gong bath
- 4:40-5:00pm Autumn tea and mooncakes
