Just what you need to start the week! The Qi Cultivation classes are every week @ fishface, 11 The Walk in Ipswich, Suffolk 9.45am-10.30am.

These restorative weekly sessions will help to feel rejuvenated, balanced and centred. Attendees have found that the classes have improved their general health and well-being, core strength, breathing, and your life-force energy as well as experiencing other health benefits.
Qi Cultivation/Energy Therapies are holistic, and they work to invigorate the meridian pathways in the body, infusing energy and creating the free-flow of vital power. Energy work has been known to help boost immunity, eliminate toxins, relax the muscles, strengthen ligaments, boost mental power, create a sense of peace and balance, address organ system imbalances, strengthen the nervous system and much, much more.
The sessions will introduce a range of gentle and invigorating movements to help improve energy levels, mental focus, circulation, brain fog and mental health.
You will be gently guided through each session by Imani, a Holistic Health Practitioner. Imani has been studying and practising Qi cultivation for 20 years and has now made it part of daily living for longevity and wellness. She has been greatly influenced by the work of Dr Napata and Ra Un Nefer Amen, experts in the field.
