This week our Pub Run will be taking place in conjunction with the second annual Mind over Miles 5K event in honor of World Mental Health Day. The run will be held on campus to highlight the importance of prioritizing mental health and its connection to physical wellbeing. The course will take participants on a scenic loop through much of NMU’s campus, starting and finishing at the Wildcat statue by Jamrich. This event aims to promote a continued sense of community and encourage open dialogue about mental health, including our collective ability to reduce the stigma around focusing on mental health and asking for help. T-shirt sales end 11:59PM on Sunday, September 14th. Online registration ends at 11:59PM on October 5th, with no same-day registration available. The cost is $20.00 for General Public.

Parking: Lots 28, 29, and 62 (map here) for both packet pickup on Wednesday, October 8th and on race evening.
Packet Pickup: Early packet pickup is highly recommended and will occur on Wednesday, October 8th from 3pm-6pm in the Jamrich 1100 lobby area. Packet pickup for those who cannot make it on October 8th will be open from 4:30-5:15pm on race day.
