About this Event
Join Q-MoB Board of Directors and the Team Leaders for each of these teams as we create & implement our timelines, budgets, & staffing for each team and for our organizational priorities, including our Strategic Planning Process:
- Strategic Planning, Budget & Fundraising Team: help develop our strategic plan & the leadership, budget, and fundraising capacity to implement that plan
- Program, Resources, & Diversity Team: study which programs & resources diverse men want & how to engage the leadership, volunteers, & diverse men we need to develop & sustain those programs & resources across the Greater Berkshire Region
- Web/IT/Communications Team: help develop the communications strategy, website & IT tools, and team we need to sustain our efforts to connect with and inspire diverse rural queer men and the community we are developing.
CARPOOLING/RIDE-SHARE: Carpooling is a great way to get to know other people, save money on gas, and help to reduce your carbon footprint and save the planet. If you need a ride or are open to carpooling, please indicate that when you are registering, & our ride coordinator will try to match you with people nearby who are interested in carpooling or offering rides.
