Jersey City's Division of Community Development will be hosting an in-person and virtual public hearing to announce the release of the Program Year (PY) 2024 Annual Action Plan. These plans identify specific projects and programs the Jersey City intends to implement with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) funds, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, HOME Investment Partnership(HOME) funds and HOME American Rescue Plan Development (HOME ARP) funds. The City of Jersey City is requesting input from the community to help identify the community’s needs. By attending this public meeting, the City of Jersey City will receive feedback and recommendations from the community on the PY 2024 Annual Action Plan.
