PWRUP is a Canadian tribute act dedicated to embodying the rock n’ roll prowess of AC/DC. Since 2019, the group’s curation of an authentic live music performance has transported their fans to AC/DC’s live sound of the 70s and 80s.
PWRUP caters to AC/DC fans by providing a variety of the band’s earliest to most recent hits. Vocalist John Kairis bounces between the charismatic stylings of Bon Scott and the gut grinding power of Brian Johnson. Lead guitarist Colin Wielenga produces an electrifying experience for fans as Angus Young. Bassist Tom Roche, rhythm guitarist Tim Wielenga and drummer Ray A ground PWRUP in a solid and unwavering rhythm section.
