PWR HOUR is a guided, dumbbell-based strength training class designed for women who want to build strength without the intimidation of a traditional gym.
Whether you’re brand new to lifting or already in your groove, this class meets you where you are. You’ll learn proper form, challenge yourself safely, and build confidence with every rep.
This class is great if you want to get into strength training but in a class format.
And the best part?
You’re doing it with women who get it.
Women who show up for themselves. Women who inspire you. Women who make you feel supported, not judged.
In this 50-minute class, you’ll experience:

✨ Expert guidance on form, breathing, and choosing your weights
