Vladimir Ivkovic is a DJ by definition. Someone with a particularly unique talent for selecting records and weaving them into a larger – and often unusually compelling – narrative.
Born and raised in Belgrade (which was then part of Yugoslavia), he first dabbled in DJing as a teenager in the mid '80s, but it was only after leaving Serbia for Germany when he truly immersed himself in the craft.
He has done many great things since, but has always kept a love for small spots and his focus on music. Whether he's broadcasting on the radio or piloting the dance floor, Ivkovic is someone who applies a curatorial mindset and a deep love of music to all of his creative exploits. Yes, he's a DJ, but he's also a storyteller, a connoisseur and, most importantly, an artist.

Matthias is the head of Superluminal, a small Berlin label where he’s put out almost all of his music along with that of other like minded producers.
He chooses to reveal only a few personal details about himself, and prefers to let the music speak for itself.
When he plays out, it’s dark and mysterious, patiently constructed, powerful yet spacey, a mix of midnight madness made of records you may never hear again.
