New Year's Eve is a time for pulling out all the stops. People dress in their finest, the finest china gets polished, and people wrap up the year in style. At the center of all the celebrations are the foods and beverages that keep the party rolling, and they are important. The right sips and bites can make or break the evening.
Join us for an evening of delicious revelry as educator & writer Adam Centamore shares some of our favorite fancy party snacks and drinks that are just perfect for New Year's Eve. You'll enjoy a variety of elevated morsels built for entertaining. Think reserve-level cheeses, smoked salmon, housemade charcuterie, and other delights that are as easy to make as they are delicious to eat. Sophisticated beverages will be also be served to give you some even more ideas for your own celebration. Whether you're hosting or going out, we'll help you make the last night of 2024 the best night of the year!
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to [email protected] before the day of your class if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions .
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
