Foster, kinship, and adoptive families are showing up for kids facing some of life’s hardest moments—often with limited support, stretched resources, and little recognition.
They step in when others can’t. They hold space for grief, joy, uncertainty, and healing. But too often, they do it alone.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join us on Saturday, September 21st in Rosemount for Putt Putt for a Purpose—our first-ever in-person fundraising event benefiting the families we walk alongside at Foster Together MN.
This family-friendly mini-golf event is more than a fun day out. It’s a way to rally around the caregivers and children who are navigating complex transitions with courage and heart. When you participate, you help lift some of the weight off their shoulders—and remind them that their community sees and supports them.
Your support will:
Expand Abundant Goods, our resource center that provides essential items—like clothing, hygiene products, baby gear, and school supplies—in a comfortable space that upholds dignity and choice.
Strengthen our family gatherings, caregiver appreciation nights, and inclusive events that create belonging, laughter, and shared understanding.
Fund caregiver training and education, so families feel more equipped and connected as they walk these unique paths.
Grow our village, engaging more volunteers and community partners to wrap around families all year long.
