🔥 Puterea Secretă a Încrederii – Workshop Tantric
Un workshop tantric de 2 ore și 30 de minute, cu tema „Încredere”, în care te invit să îți reamintești cât de multă liniște sufletească îți aduce încrederea că cel care este în fața ta nu îți va face rău, nu te va jigni, nu te va critica, nu te va bate, nu se va uita urât la tine, ci va fi acolo, prezent, cu iubire, pentru a te asculta, pentru a te privi pur și simplu pe tine, exact așa cum ești, fără intenții ascunse.
În acest spațiu sigur, vei simți că poți avea din nou încredere. Poți spune ceea ce gândești, ceea ce simți, ceea ce dorești.
Reînveți bucuria de a avea încredere să te exprimi pe tine însuți (însăți). Iar aceasta îți aduce mai multă încredere în tine, mai multă libertate de a fi și mai multă bucurie de a exista.

În Tantra, toate exercițiile sunt opționale: participi doar atât cât simți că este posibil pentru tine, îți stabilești limitele, iar acestea sunt respectate de toți participanții. Faci doar ceea ce este potrivit pentru tine în acel moment.
Eisha este profesoară de Tantra, instructor de Kundalini Yoga și inițiată Reiki nivelurile 1, 2 și 3, precum și Sukiomahikari.
Ghidează cu iubire, blândețe și bucurie, creând un spațiu sigur în care femeile și bărbații se pot întâlni cu încredere, pot vindeca fricile și pot învăța să se bucure autentic unii de prezența celorlalți.

A 2.5-hour tantric workshop on the theme of Trust, inviting you to remember how much inner peace comes from trusting that the person in front of you will not harm you, will not insult you, criticize you, hit you, or look at you with judgment—but will be there, present, with love, to listen to you and simply see you exactly as you are, without hidden intentions.
In this safe space, you will feel that you can trust again. You can say what you think, what you feel, what you desire. You relearn the joy of trusting yourself enough to express who you truly are. And this brings more self-trust, more freedom to be, and more joy in existing.
