About this Event
We're letting go of regrets and learning to forgive ourselves. However that may look for you, by forgiving, you can then accept yourself and be more responsible for your life choices. Self-forgiveness is the willingness to believe that you are worthy of love, respect, and great success.
I would like to invite you to join me in London at Sunset Studios for a 'Put yourself First' Retreat. We'll move, craft, laugh, connect, journal, learn how to prioritise ourselves and maybe even get a tattoo!! We are putting our wants and needs first and when you walk away from this retreat you'll walk into the next chapter of your story.
This day retreat is suited to all levels of fitness, ability, experience and age. The focus is having fun, meeting like-minded people, and discovering that there is nothing you can't do, bring a friend or family member and put yourself first, you deserve it.
What to expect on the day?2:30pm - Hugs and welcome.
2:45pm - Let it Go Workout + Manifestation Meditation
3:45pm - Beads by G Bracelet Workshop
4:45pm - Tattoos*and Journalling Workshop
5:45pm - Closing Circle & Goodbyes
*a choice of small tattoos will be available to pick from at an additional cost
What to bring on the day?
Please bring a small towel if you want to wipe away the sweat and a water bottle to keep you hydrated.
