It is for our 6th Annual Put The Guns Down Talent Show. It's in September at the Agora Event Center in Clive I have 2 of my Hollywood friends coming, ones a producer & ones an up & coming star also Eddie Andrews of the Iowa republican senate will be there to speak as well. we also hooked up with M.A.V (Mother's Against Violence) & we are going to round up some of the moms, & other siblings of gun violence & ex cons doing good in the community now & have them come & speak about their loss & experiences at the Talent Show this year, So we can really give these kids an understanding & the other sides & the stories of gun violence & what the path their on looks like & what it does to the community & us as a race. We will be partnering with the Des Moines Police Department to ensure this is a safe event for all.
