Pushups + Prosecco x Kimpton Aertson Hotel: Poolside Workout Class

Whether you're visiting Nashville for a special event, looking for something unique to do before Pride festivities, or just ready to break a sweat poolside, is teaming up with the to bring this unique and sparkly fitness experience to Midtown Nashville.

Together with your instructor Meg Yellitz, we'll crush a circuit-based strength workout with barre and pilates-inspired movement that hits every major muscle group. You can expect to work your upper body, lower body, plus dedicated circuits to target glutes and abs. We'll bring modifications for all fitness levels, and we’re fully supportive if you need to hold a 10 minute child’s pose while the Liquid IV kicks in.

After the workout, we’ll celebrate your hard work with a prosecco toast! From there, swap your workout clothes for a swimsuit and enjoy access to the pool.

The Pushups + Prosecco vibe is inclusive, body positive, and booty shaking in between reps is highly encouraged.

Note: Attendees must be 21+.

We'll provide all equipment including mats and booty bands, so no need to BYO! You'll want to wear comfortable workout clothes, but to preserve the integrity of our specialty workout mats, we ask that you do the workout barefoot or in socks.

Be sure to bring your swimsuit and sunscreen!

On the rooftop pool deck. In case of rain, the workout will take place in Patterson Ballroom A. Either way, expect some dreamy skyline views of downtown Nashville while you break a sweat.
