We have a 2 part practice day planned. The morning will be pushing hands (a 2 person tai chi practice.in which we explore how to work with the qi from another person). This class is open to students at all levels including beginner.
The afternoon will be focussed on Taijiwuxigong, a qigong system for health and happiness.
This is a great opportunity to get a taste of both tai chi and qigong in one day.
All levels and abilities catered for.
