Join us on the platform as we host another Push/Pull Powerlifting Meet. Each competitor will attempt 3 Bench Press & 3 Deadlifts to see who's the strongest.
Competitors will be placed in weight groups. Weigh ins will be held on Friday, December 5th 9am-10am as well as Dec 6th at 8am.
First lifts will begin at 10am sharp!
