In this program students will learn how to offer Purvakarma Preparatory Cleansing & Rejuvenating Protocol including demonstrations of how to utilize and prepare the necessary foods, teas, ghee, takra, basti/enema and other supporting tools and information not already covered in the massage & bodywork modules, in order to safely and effectively offer a transformative, cleansing and rejuvenating experience, including appropriate adaptations and contraindications for each Ayurvedic constitution and condition, for optimal practice and benefits.6 contact hours of training in Purvakarma Preparatory Cleansing & Rejuvenating Protocol & Therapies including applied Ayurvedic theory that supports safe, therapeutic and optimal practice and self care.
