One of the longest running residencies in history on Music Mile opens 2025 with its most ambitious and BURNING edition to date! Featuring special guest, Grammy nominated and legendary Canadian saxophonist Seamus Blake (John Scofield, Roger Waters) and a 9 piece band featuring the greatest jazz and soulful musicians in Calgary, this event will be one of the shows of the year in Calgary and is not to be missed!Scott Morin has been producing this show for over 15 years between Toronto and Calgary and has featured everyone from Roy Hargrove, Dave Young, Jeff 'Tain' Watts and Pat LaBarbera in its programming. For this special, ballads edition of the series, Scott is honoured to be bringing Seamus Blake in from Colonge, Germany to bring an extra level of brilliance to this music.
