The Zen Project at IFS Cloud Cable Car
A full day of guided Zen Sessions, focusing on helping to lower stress and anxiety levels, involving a mixture of guided meditation & visualisation, breathwork and sound experiences. All delivered from our converted American school bus!
Activities on offer:
Gentle breathing techniques for stress, anxiety & to helpconcentration
Guided Meditation for creativity, relaxation & to help focus
Sound healing - total relaxation
What do I need to bring?
Nothing! Just yourselves, all equipment is provided. We recommend wearing loose fitting clothing, to be comfy on the bus, but this isn't essential. All activities are gentle and you won't be doing a full workout!
Why 11 minutes?
It has been proven that you can override the nervous system and have a positive impact on the body and mind within this time.
How many people can fit on the bus?
We can fit approx. 15 people per session. No need to book a ticket - just turn up!
Where?
The Zen Den will be located outside the Greenwich Peninsula terminal.

10am: Energising breathwork
10.30am: Sound bath
11am: Anxiety relieving meditation
11.30am: Energising breathwork
12pm: Sound Bath to destress
12.30pm: Guided meditation for focus
1pm: Anxiety easing breathwork
1.30pm: Sound bath to restore
2pm: Guided meditation to calm
2.30pm: Balancing breathwork
3pm: Sound bath to ease anxiety
3.30pm: Guided meditation to relax
