About this Event
Coming out of the holidays can feel overwhelming especially when you're surrounded by family that you may or may not agree politically with. So DAWG is creading a confidential, supportive space to discuss:
- Setting healthy emotional boundaries
- Navigating news/media consumption in the home
- Coping with feelings of loss or disconnect
- Deciding what is a "dealbreaker" vs. a difference of opinion
We will focus on relationship health, self-care, and conflict resolution. We will discuss tools for maintaining your own identity and boundaries while loving someone with vastly different values, and the group will be lead by a licensed professional counselor, from Know Your Strength Counseling
We're keeping this group small, so please grab your ticket while you can.
