1. You Must Be a Purple Heart Recipient to register
2. If you are not a Purple Heart Recipient, we will NOT register you
3. Pre Registration is soon to be now open - Please register, and then complete a release authorization sheet
4. Registration will be limited to Purple Heart Recipient and 1 guest

5. There is will be no accommodation for additional tickets
6. Please do not sign up if you cannot attend.
7. Parade requires that you sign a release / waiver when you are onsite. Please note you will have to arrive early to sign the waiver. No Waiver, you cannot ride on the float. Waiver for Military Order of the Purple Heart - Each participant MUST have the Release, including all minor children (must be 8 years old).

8. Children should be able to sit on a hay bale for more than an hour. There are no guard rails on the float - only children over 8 years old - will be allowed to ride on the float.
9. A RELEASE FORM FOR EACH RIDER IS REQUIRED - AFTER YOU SIGN UP - YOU WILL GET A FORM. THAT MUST BE FILLED OUT ASAP AND RETURNED TO GUS.
