Join us for a Purim Shabbat celebration with the Cleveland Saxtet - featuring Jerry Keller, Mal Barron, and Jon O’Brien. Enjoy their jazz performance, along with a delicious Oneg Shabbat and tasty treats!Speaker: Jerry Keller, Mal Barron, and Jon O’Brien make up the talented Cleveland Saxtet, blending jazz standards from the Great American Songbook with dynamic improvisation. Each instrument responds to and interacts with the others, creating a unique and evolving musical conversation. Their playful interplay has earned them the nickname "Mergers and Acquisitions." It promises to be a lively and memorable performance!

The JSC will host a Shabbat/Purim service where you're invited to wear your costumes! The service will be followed by an Oneg Shabbat featuring fruit, veggies, challah, wine, coffee, hamantaschen, and more. The Mandel JCC is a kosher facility and does not allow outside non-kosher food, plates, cups, or serving utensils. Join us from 7 PM to 9 PM for a festive evening!
JSC Guest Policy: We love having guests join us! Guests are welcome to attend two complimentary events (lifetime). After that, the fee is $20 per Shabbat. Fees paid may be credited towards an annual JSC membership.
Directions: Enter the JCC campus from S. Woodland. Rd. As you pull into the driveway, follow the signs for Stonehill Auditorium which is on the left side of the building, past the Early Childhood Entrance. Park in the lot on the left across from the entrance. *The doors at the front of the building will be locked.
