Expelling the old and drawing in the NEW! Embody the belief of not accumulating more, but removing that which blocks true nature and inhibits the flow of your vital life force energy!
This special combination of Qigong Flow, Gentle Yoga, and Sound Healing promote transformation. Feel tension and stress melt away leaving room for inspiration and new beginnings.
During the entire event you will be immersed in the healing frequencies of Alchemy Crystal® Singing Bowls. This event has an extended savasana (rest) allowing for integration while pure sounds expand into a multitude of vibrant, nourishing and healing overtones. Harmonizing your body, mind, and breath!
Qigong (pronounced chi-gong) is similar to a moving meditation. Gentle rhythmic and repetitive movement patterns as well as breathing techniques and a focused mindset enhance vitality and deep inner connection. This special Qigong flow focuses on creating balance and vitality through movement and breath.
Gentle yoga attunes and integrates the body, mind and breath.
The sounds and frequencies from Alchemy Crystal® Singing Bowls provide a relaxing and meditative state of consciousness by creating space for vibrations to radiate into every cell of the body.
No previous experience with Qigong or Yoga is required.

Jennifer McClure, owner of Waves of Love Healing, is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, Yoga Guide (YTT200) and Light Language Healer. With over 5 years of experience in sound therapy, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise to help others achieve profound transformations, shifts, therapeutic restoration, and expanded awareness. As a Sonic Alchemist, Jennifer holds space for individuals on their healing journey, with the goal of raising the vibration of humanity, Mother Earth, and the Universe. Guided by 'Spirit' and grounded in love; she is honored to assist you on your healing journey.

Alicia is a certified Yoga Instructor for children and adults (Yoga Alliance RCYT95, RYT200) She has experience instructing various styles of yoga and meditation: Hatha, Kundalini, Gentle, Beginner, Vinyasa, Children's Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Meditation. Alicia is a Qigong Flow Associate Instructor certified by YOQI (Yoga + Qigong). Gentle, meditative and slow Qigong flows are designed to bring balance and vitality through movement and breath.
Alicia is devoted to sharing the benefits of yoga with all ages and members of the community. She hosts individual and group events at local studios, private residences, women's circles, veteran's groups, child/parent classes, and healing ceremonies. Alicia is also a certified Sound Healing practitioner.
