What to expect -
At Pure Barre we offer musically driven, high intensity, low-impact workouts that utilize small movements that strengthen and tone in 50 minutes or less. Bring a mat and water, and get ready to work. Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet our teachers and fill out a waiver before class.
