Join us for an outdoor pop up class at Kingswood Park! Pure Barre Mason will host a free 50-minute class at 9 am on Saturday, June 22nd and we'd love to see you there.Pure Barre is a low impact, high intensity barre workout that focuses on small movements to lift, tone, and burn every major muscle group! A pop up class is a great introduction for beginners or a really fun way for veterans to get their favorite work out in. Please bring a yoga mat and a water as these will not be provided. Gym shoes, sticky socks, or bare feet all work just fine for class.
