Pure Barre - Pelvic Floor and Core Workshop
Join us in person for a fun and empowering workshop focused on all things pelvic floor and core -hosted by Caralyn Debash, PT, DPT and Michaela Goering, PT, DPT, both pelvic floor therapists. Whether you're new to barre or a seasoned pro, this workshop will help you connect with your body, learn about common symptoms associated with pelvic floor dysfunction as well as tips and tricks to treat them. We will be covering pregnancy and post-partum and what that time-line really looks like when returning to fitness.
