Join the team from The National Trust to help remove gorse from key areas of Studland
This is a Purbeck Goes Wild Event
Sunday 11th Jan 2026 - 10.00am – 13.00
Meet at the Discovery Centre, Knoll Beach, Studland BH193AQ
Help remove gorse from key areas of Studland and burn it on a large (safe) fire – the Ranger team will be on hand to oversee the cutting and burning providing key demonstrations and instructions.
Please wear old clothes, strong boots, bring gardening gloves if you have them.
Goggles, gauntlets, saws & loppers will be provided.
This is a Purbeck Goes Wild event and open to all families in Purbeck.
If we have a yellow weather warning and or high winds the event will be cancelled the day before via Eventbrite.
Please note, parents will need to have direct supervision of their children.
