Join us at Hoppin' RH on January 31st for a Puppy Yoga Workshop for Stress Relief, led by Yoga Bebe and featuring adorable Doberman puppies from Seeley Creek Canine.

This all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga session is design to help you slow down, breathe, move you body, and enjoy some much-needed puppy therapy. Expect gentle stretching, laughter, tail wags, and plenty of opportunities for puppy cuddles.

Schedule

• 10:30am - Check-in & puppy social time
• 11:00am - Yoga session begins

We highly encourage arriving at 10:30am to check in, settle in, and spend time with the pups before class starts
