About this Event
Flow through a joyful, all-levels yoga class, then spend time playing and cuddling with Pomsky Therapy’s adorable pups. We’ll have bites from Fit Foodz Cafe and luxe goodie bags to make it even sweeter. You bring your mat, we'll bring the puppies.
Date: Saturday, September 20th
Time: 10:00–10:50 AM yoga (Doors open 9:30) followed by networking, puppy play & wellness offerings 11:00-12:00PM.
Location: Five Elements Spa & Wellness Center, 1680 SE 3rd Court, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. Located in "The Cove" plaza.
