Experience the enjoyment of a Puppy Lover Yoga class with Beth and her team.
You will have so much fun interacting with the most adorable litter of puppies for an hour. Beth is highly experienced in creating unforgettable puppy yoga classes. You will be taken on a journey that will involve the right amount of yoga and puppy interaction.
The first 10-30mins our participants enjoy a few giggles trying puppy friendly positions on their mat, whilst the puppies roam the room. This is followed by circle time, where you simply enjoy chilling and playing with the puppies. It's the best natural de-stress ever. You don't even have to do the yoga and you certainly don't need to have any yoga experience to attend.
Please be aware that puppy yoga is all about helping puppies enhance their socialisation skills and therefore their needs will always come first. Each class will have an expert in puppy behaviour in attendance.
