Puppy yoga classes provide a unique and enjoyable way to improve mental health. The presence of adorable puppies roaming from one yoga mat to the next, cuddling with participants, and playing with other puppies creates a calming atmosphere that helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
Not only do puppy yoga classes help people relax, but they also offer many other benefits such as increased physical activity, improved socialization skills, and increased self-confidence. With all these benefits, it's no surprise that puppy yoga classes are becoming increasingly popular in many cities around the world.
What to expect at this event?
- check in to the class (you'll be asked to take off your shoes & socks and sanitize hands & feet)
- 35 minutes of light yoga stretches with fluffy puppies as your assistant teacher! No yoga experience required.
- 20 minutes of bonding & cuddling with the cutest puppies
- Assistance with getting amazing insta-worthy photos & videos as keepsake or to share online
Are children welcome? What ages?
Kids ages 5+ are welcome! Anyone under the age of 18 must attend with a parent or guardian. Any adults coming with children under 18 must help encourage the young children to participate in the class and in the careful handling of the young puppies.

- We work with ethical breeders only and the breed typically changes each month
- We've had all kinds - Golden Retriever, English Bulldogs, Corgi, Pomeranian Husky, Chow Chow, etc

Is this event dog-friendly? Do I bring my dog(s)?
- We love having dog owners attend, but we bring the puppies (it is also meant to help socialize the puppies before their forever home)
Do I need to bring a yoga mat? Can I rent one?
- If you don't have one /forget / don't want to use yours in case of puppy accidents: we have a limited amount of mats for rent on site or just add a mat rental to your cart

- We serve the Toronto, Markham and Hamilton areas
