About this Event

Oodle Mums and Pitter Patter Cavoodles have combined forces to bring Puppy Yoga to Adelaide! Puppy Yoga provides a unique opportunity to boost puppies' social development during their crucial socialization window. During Puppy Yoga sessions, puppies are gently introduced to different people, smells, and movements in a calm and positive setting. The soothing environment helps them build trust with humans, while the variety of interactions teaches them to feel secure in new situations. These early positive experiences help puppies grow up happy, healthy, and sociable.

Not only does Puppy Yoga benefit the puppies - it also benefits people!

Interacting with puppies reduces stress, boosts mood, and promotes relaxation by releasing feel-good hormones. It fosters social connection, empathy, and physical activity while improving mental health. The presence of puppies encourages mindfulness, enhancing focus and overall body awareness. Additionally, interacting with puppies can foster joyful movement and makes the yoga experience more enjoyable!

Let's meet our three hostess' with the mostest...

Meet Leanne - Oodle Mums

I'm Leanne, fouder of Oodle Mums - a global community of women who are crazy obsessed with their oodle babies. Oodle Mums was born after spending countless hours at home with my oodle pup, Bonnie. One day, after a suggestion from my partner, I realised I needed to expand my social circle—and here we are.

What started as a simple idea has grown into a vibrant global community of women who share a passion for their oodles and doing things together for doggo socialiasation, and human socialisation too.

Whether you're looking to connect online or join us for in-person events like brunches or puppy yoga, Oodle Mums is the perfect place to meet new friends and chat about your dog with people who are actually interested.

Meet Wendy - Pitter Patter Cavoodles

Hi, I’m Wendy!
I’ve been passionate about animals, health, and the natural world for as long as I can remember. Dogs hold a special place in my heart, not just for their affection and sweet puppy-dog-eyes, but for the extraordinary way dogs and humans enrich each other’s lives through their deep connection- A unique bond that has evolved over tens of thousands of years!

Driven by this passion, I pursued a postgraduate degree, with a focus on animal behaviour and fostering healthy cross-species relationships. This journey deepened my understanding of the natural world and how we can nurture meaningful connections between humans and animals.
My career began with over a decade of experience in animal rescue and rehabilitation, supporting countless animals in need. This led me to adopt my own rescue dog and gave him a second chance at life. Driven by this passion, I transitioned to the dog industry full-time, gaining experience as a groomer, caretaker, trainer and advisor. At the RSPCA, I had the privilege of matching countless people with their perfect pets. In addition to my work with dogs, I am an artist and a qualified graphic designer, specializing in creating beautiful pet portraits that allow owners to celebrate and cherish their beloved companions.
I am honoured to be a dog breeder and trainer, dedicated to giving puppies the best possible start and supporting owners in providing their puppies with the life they deserve. Using gentle, research-backed techniques developed by industry leaders, I raise each puppy with love and care, helping them grow into confident, well-adjusted dogs with the potential to become therapy or wellbeing companions.
Yoga has also been a transformative part of my life. It has helped me find balance and regulate my nervous system during many challenging times, and I’m passionate about sharing its benefits with others.
That’s why I’m so excited to combine two of my greatest loves—yoga and dogs—through Puppy Yoga!
